加工方法：
干燥處理：通常不需要干燥處理。
熔化溫度：185~205℃ 模具溫度：20~50℃
注射壓力：可大到1500bar 保壓壓力：可大到1000bar 注射速度：為避免材料降解，一般要用相當?shù)氐淖⑸渌俣?。PVC的收縮率相當?shù)?，一般?.2~0.6%。
流道和澆口：所有常規(guī)的澆口都可以使用。如果加工較小的部件，使用針尖型澆口或潛入式澆口；對于較厚的部件，使用扇形澆口。針尖型澆口或潛入式澆口的zui小直徑應(yīng)為1mm；扇形澆口的厚度不能小于1mm。

主要用途
　　由于化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性高，所以可用于制作防腐管道、管件、輸油管、離心泵和鼓風機等。聚氯乙烯的硬板廣泛應(yīng)用于化學(xué)工業(yè)上制作各種貯槽的襯里，建筑物的瓦楞板，門窗結(jié)構(gòu)，墻壁裝飾物等建筑用材。由于電氣絕緣性能優(yōu)良，可在電氣、電子工業(yè)中，用于制造插頭、插座、開關(guān)和電纜。在日常生活中，聚氯乙烯用于制造涼鞋、雨衣、玩具和人造革等！

 　
　聚氯乙烯是由乙炔氣體和氯化氫合成氯乙烯， 再聚合而成。具有較高的機械強度和較好的耐蝕性?？捎糜谥谱骰?、紡織等工業(yè)的廢氣排污排毒塔、氣體液體輸送管，還可代替其它耐蝕材料制造貯槽、離心泵、通風機和接頭等。當增塑劑加入量達30%～40%時，便制得軟質(zhì)聚氯乙烯，其延伸率高，制品柔軟，并具有良好的耐蝕性和電絕緣性，常制成薄膜，用于工業(yè)包裝、農(nóng)業(yè)育秧和日用雨衣、臺布等，還可用于制作耐酸堿軟管、電纜包皮、絕緣層等。
